Fruitbull promotes integration

Fruitbull has started a new form of recruitment with social integration.

Currently, we are implementing a pilot as a new form of recruitment, promoting the integration to people with intellectual diversity together with the collaboration of Fundacio Catalana Syndrome de Down.

On April 29, the selection process started where we contacted possible candidates in Barcelona. Once the candidates are chosen, we manage a classroom training in Barcelona on 17 and 18 May. After this training we have made two new additions to the team of checkers currently operating in Barcelona.

We are expecting that this program works and we can add more people with similar characteristics to Fruitbull team. Depending on the results we will plan to extend this model to the cities where Fruitbull is operating.
